Hi Vern,

Here is an excellent URL <http://www.pcnineoneone.com/howto/clean1.html>that
will walk you through the whole process of reinstalling your operating
system. I am assuming that you can still get on the Net. If not, I highly
recommend a friend's help to print all the information for you in order to
make it as painless as possible. Have you checked to see if you are infected
with a virus? If not your data should be okay if you have backups. All your
programs will have to be reinstalled.
