If I read your question correctly, you need to assign the proper shortcut to the desired keys. There should be
a keyboard manager in your control panel designed for this purpose. If so, all you'll need to provide is the
location of the .exe file to open your mail program, and the www URL of the site you want opened with your
browser key.  I hope this is clear enough, but feel free to contact me off list if you need further
