Hi all -
   I have been searching high and low for a Graphic Equalizer type program
for my SoundBlaster compatible
card.   The programs I have downloaded so far has nothing to do with
actually tailoring THE sound of my card.

I have a pair of small BOSE speakers and they DO sound good BUT I know with
an equalizer -type program
they would sound great. :)

I am looking for freeware, shareware OR commercial program.
