I am working in Win98 with MS Internet Exp 5.0 and Outlook 97 (in MS
Office 97)

1) I cannot start MS Outlook. I get an "Error Starting Program" window
   saying that "The OUTLLIB.DLL file is linked to missing export
   MAPI32.DLL:239". What dose that mean? Can I correcr it, how?

2) I downloaded a "setup.exe" (500+KB) from MS's site trying upgrade
   my Outlook 97 to 98. Unfortunately this program also installs MSIE
   4.01 together with Outlook 98 to my PC. I have already have MSIE 5.0
   instaled. Will it reverse my IE back to the older version? Could I
   prevent it?
