Hi,
1. Go to www.housecall.nl (its dutch but easy to navigate) and run the
online virusscanner.
2. How much of HD Space do you have left. Go to my computer and right click
on the C: and choose properties.
Greetings, Anne

Subject: [PCSOFT] My PC freezes when I attempt to download..
> My pc freezes up when I attempt to download almost any thing. I tried to
download a free virus/spyware scan ( just to double check my pc) & I always
turn off any open windows & my AVG6.0 & my Zonealarm firewall when i
download & my pc still freezes up.This happens now with any thing that I try
to download & also when I try & run the disksweeper(the scandisk& defrag
work fine) & when I go to MS Word & try to save any document or send one.I
have a Compaq Presario with a intel inside celeron. I also can't save any
thing to a floppy disk.I'm really new so I don't know if it's just me or
not.Could anyone suggest where & what( on my pc) I should do to correct this
problem?
> Thanks.
