I tried to upgrade my Logitech First Mouse+ Mouse driver with their rev 8.2
two weeks ago and this happened to my scroll bars. Perhaps you have a bad
mouse driver. I had to revert back to their Rev 8.0 to get it working
again. A re-install of your driver would be an easy thing to try.
