Yes, I found myself having the exact same problem after upgrading to 4.06, after
trying to get somebody from Netscape tech-support to help me out on this, with no
success, I finally gave up and went back to 4.05, they're not much different anyway.
By the way, do you have Quarterdeck's Cleansweep installed? I seem to remember I
read somewhere that its Redundant DLL Finder could have something to do with this
problem.
