Kenneth,

RIGHT click on your desktop and select PROPERTIES.  Now click the
APPEARANCE tab.  On this dialog, you can change the font properties for
any of the text items you see on the screen.

Open the drop down list for the ITEM (middle box in the dialog) and select
something like MESSAGE BOX or ACTIVE WINDOW TITLE and then you can make
changes in the bottom sections for font shape, size, color, etc.

This will fix problems within your email programs screens, but will have
no affect on viewed web pages.
