I vaguely remember having this problem shortly after the release of Win98.
The Microsoft knowledge base indicated you could get these error messases if
you installed Win98, and/or an upgrade to IE 4.0 over an old version of
Outlook Express. The recommended solution was to uninstall OE, then
download and install the newest version from Microsoft. Hope this helps.
