Just installed WinME. Full format, install went well. Installed MS Office
2000, all o.k. Norton's SystemWorks 2001 / Personal Firewall, all o.k.

1) On boot up, almost all the time Each of my drive partitions open up in
"My Computer" style windows.

2) I went to a site with maromedia shockwave animation / sound. Window froze
up, sound in loop. Unable to close window, unable to close it with c-a-d.
Site works fine on other machines, stalls mine everytime.

3)I went to zdnet, ran updates. There was newer shockwave listed. Installed,
didn't help. BUT - several listings for my computer were wrong, such as
saying I needed Media Player 7. ME HAS MP7. It's there, not 6.4 like ZD
said. ZDnet Updates not work with WinME?

System is a Pent III 450. PCChip's M748LMRT :(. 64M pc100. Integrated 8M
video and sound.
