Greg,

I just redid a test with ResizeEnable. 
http://www.digitallis.co.uk/pc/ResizeEnable/index.html

I could resize the - Save File- and -Save As- dialog windows.
To make them open full size - Resize to required dimensions,
Hold down Shift and close.
The next time it opens,it will be full size again.
