hi there in a response,to my first post is that i to have two or three pc`s
one running windows xp home and one pro, and i too had no probloms with
sp2 thats why i wrote in asking if any one had a simaler problum,as i ask a
a friend they sugested to uninstall and try again,beings it took almost four
hour`s he thought it mite be a bad download and she has ordered her a copy
of the cd i will follow up later on the results ty all again,jerry the
