You don't get a file decompressor in -any- windows.
Go to http://www.winzip.com and download the 32 bit version of winzip.
It comes as a self extracting file. It can be hooked to the windows explorer
so that it will appear as a menu selection.
With this you can open a zip file and unzip it or create a zip file and copy
or move files into it. Zipped files average about 50% of the unzipped files.
It is shareware and costs $49 to register.
I use the 16 bit version of WS_FTP LE. It is free as long as you don't use
it for commercial purposes. And, it works great.
