Yes. Set your download filter to say 50Kb. This will keep out larger
attachments unless you give them express permission.
The download then will simply notify you by header and you click the
permission button to download it if you wish. This can be done at a later
stage so as not to delay your other current email downloads.
In Eudora, go to Tools/Options/Incoming Mail and set "Skip messages over
...Kb".
I expect other emailers would have similar options.
