I have a computer which had lightning run in on the modem. In short this required a new motherboard and a new modem.  All
programs work OK now (just as before) except one which uses Reachout to access a remote computer.  While all other programs
which use the modem, ISP, Juno, etc. work OK, this one freezes the computer.  It is a recent model Zoom modem and works well
in all other ways.  I feel it is a problem with the modem driver in Reachout, but have been unable to locate any source.
Reachout webpage is of no help.  I have no books, as the vendor apparently left with them and now they are out of business.
FYI, Reachout is a program similar to PC Anywhere for remote access.  Any help appreciated.
