What is the order of preference of options to uninstall a program,

Add/Remove Programs (Microsoft)
Add/Remove Programs, third party software, such as Add/Remove Plus
Programs uninstall programs
Third party uninstall Programs, such as Norton CleanSweep Uninstall
Explorer Delete
Any other options to uninstall programs
