Have a look at the help for the Excel function "CONCATENATE".
Sounds dreadful but is easy to use.
You will have to generate a fourth column in which
=CONCATENATE() merges the other 3 columns.
Once you have the merged column you highlight it and COPY, then
PASTE SPECIAL/VALUES over the top of the data and you will have
values. The original 3 columns can then be removed.
