In my opinion EBAY is most compatible with "Internet Explorer" (I sell a
lot on EBAY and I have never had a problem).

If you don't want to use a Microsoft product, then try "Mozilla", a free &
better Netscape. "Opera" also is good, but the freeware version has ads on it.
