Netscape has a bad habit of believing what the server says. If the
server is set to MIME type-plain text, that's what Netscape will use to
interpret the data. If you download the file, do you get gibberish text
in the browser window? If so, let the file download and get a good copy
from the Users|Cache folder in Netscape. Bonus tip: This is especially
helpful for those trying to download mp3's, since the MIME type is
frequently wrong. There *will* be a usable copy in the Cache folder. All
in all, I think the server has mis-configured MIME types (but I could be
wrong). For more info on Netscape and MIME, check out
http://www.ufaq.org/navcom/mime_tutorial.html (some information my be a
little out of date, but for the most part, it's accurate).
