I have been using (windows versions) of MS Money for years, but just got a
special deal on Quicken Deluxe 2002 and figured I would give it a try. I saw
in my Money 2001 program that Money has built-in converters for Quicken
files, so I naturally assumed that Quicken would do the same in reverse.

However, try as I might, I can see no converting option in Quicken. The only
thing I can see to do is to export my Money files in .qif format and then
import them into Quicken, but the data export/import is not going well and
lots of my Money data is being corrupted or lost in the transition, making
it worthless.

Does anyone know how I can convert my Money (.mny) file to be used in
Quicken so I don't have to start all over again with Quicken. If I cannot
find a converter, then I fear my purchase of Quicken, cheap as it was, will
be for nothing.

Many thanks.

Michael
