We were using Word 97 and it created a document called COM1.DOC.  We can
see it in DOS, and Explorer but are unable to delete it (Access denied).
 It is not hidden or protected in any way.

Microsoft Technet talks a lot about how this file can be created but no
mention on how to delete it.  Any ideas?
