Hi Barry - thanks for the input.  psp.exe does appear on my HD and I have
directed the path to it but it still doesn't open the images.  The confusing
part to me (one of many!) is that the images for the tutorial file shows
correctly but the images for my real website don't.  Goblins....  Dianne
