Hello listers,
    Recently when I boot my computer,it  boots to a blank (black) screen
with an hourglass at the center .Upon hitting Ctrl-Alt-Del computer reboots
allowing me to boot to safe mode.In safe mode I hit start>shut down>restart
and in most of  the cases computer boots to a normal screen.Sometimes it
boots to  a screen with a changed display settings(both the color and screen
area).I have to reset it.I have Win98SE.In fact I reinstalled (Clean
reinstall) it a week ago or so.What seems to be the problem?Any help will be
appriciated.Thanks.
