I am running both on the same Win98 machine with no apparent problems.  I've
run the Microsoft just to see what it was like.  Since it won't run
unattended, I'm using the Iomega backup.  Is it just One-Step that won't
run.  Does The Works run?  What happens when you try to start One Step?  You
have something else going on, it's not the MS Backup doing it.
