I have 3 messages on my e-mail records, & today with another that I can't delete.  I have to use ctr/alt/delete to get back to the system & read the rest of the e-mails.  My ISP people have said that this is a M/Express problem or my pc.  I have run AVG to see if there is/was a virus.  But the messages remain & I can't delete them.  What's going on here?

I deleted my sig file as I was instructed.  If it shows up here, please excuse.  Thanks. MJT
