I have recently started having a problem viewing "virtual tours" on certain websites.  When these problems occur, a screen comes up outlining the Sun System, Microsoft dispute and tells me to download Java.  After downloading and installing I still cannot view the tours.  I can't seem to get it to work even though I have tried all the help solutions on the Java website. 

Can you help me?
