I found this remainder stuff left on my system from where they had downloaded "freebies" and then deleted, rather than buy and the delete was not clean and complete. I had gotten the information about using the registry cleaner from a tech at a computer shop - guess he was trying to help but . . . . Thbanks much - that anoying file is no longer opening up. Betty
