Hi Doug,

Just a quick note to let you know that you can actually create an html file 
of your IE favorites by using the Export feature of Internet Explorer 
itself (at least in version 5).  Go to File|Import and Export... and follow 
the instructions of the Wizard, choosing the option to "Export Favorites".
