Hi Marion,
They are the uninstallers for the Microsoft updates in case things went
wrong after an update.
You can safely delete them if no have had no trouble with the updates.
If you want to play it safe burn them to a CD or DVD.
On the other hand they really don't take up that much space.
You might consider adding an extra drive for storage,either internal
or an external USB drive.
