I'm trying to uninstall a program from my system. When I tried it first, it
stopped in the middle when I have other applications open. I clicked
"ignore" and it always stopped in the middle even it's the only program
open. As the last measure, I am trying to delete the program directory,
although there are 2 files used by Windows that I couldn't delete. Then, I
followed the instruction from MS to remove program items from Add/Remove
program with registry (.... Windows\currentversion\uninstall). I actually
deleted all the items that contains the name from registry, but the program
name is still there when I launch Add/Remove Programs control panel.

Is there a program to delete that residue from inproper uninstallation? I
vaguely remember that TweakUI or one of the PowerToys has that options, but
I couldn't find the option in TweakUI.

Thanks for any suggestions,

Changhsu Liu
