1. I wish to find a way of finding and making a list of all text in a worksheet,
picking up each only once- when it appears more than once.

2. What should I do to make one macro run within another macro?
Or if I may put it another way, I wish to combine 2 macros into one.
A method I tried successfully was creating a new macro which
runs both, but I am hoping for a better method.

Help on these matters will be much appreciated.
        Thanks Siva Lokanathan
