Hi this is visaal khan (ok moderator),

My windows was working properly, as if due to some flucation of light
windows started with first scandisk starting,

but, nowadays if windows is started after a flucation no scandisk runs
but
the windows is loaded as it was perviously shutdown properly

Any suggestiones of how to rectify this prob
