  This is a strange problem...  If I get your problem correctly, you can
not use Company Name lookup?  If so it could be a problem with your
database or program.

  First you might want to try re-indexing the database.  If re-indexing
does not work, re-install the program.

  I am sorry if these tips do not work out. If they do not, give Symantec a
call or e-mail them.
