Subject: [PCSOFT] Disconnect
I have an ongoing problem whereby my modem disconnects after 10
minutes. I viewed the modem log and one line shows that the "remote
modem hungup". Also whenever I start my sessions I make sure that the
"work off line" from the file menu
is not checked. After 10 minutes I'm disconnected and I find that
"work off line" has a check mark! I've had this problem for a month
and my ISP is not much help.
Does anybody have any ideas that I could try. How can I make sure the
"work off line" is never checked?
