Hello again Yvonne,

On your desktop you should have the Netscapeonline icon. When you double click on that, the Launcher dialog will appear (I hope), possibly overlaid with a smaller box asking for your password. Enter your password to get rid of this smaller box, then you should be left with the greenish-coloured Launcher. Click on dialler settings, then check the LAN radio button in the Connection Method panel at the bottom of the new dialog. That should do it. If you have a different kind of set-up you should be able to find all these details in the Netscape help files. Bonne chance.
