Place your install CD in the drive and then click START / RUN
Now type in SFC and press enter.  This is a utility in WIndows98
that will allow you to extract the file you need from your CD and place
it in WIndows where it belongs.  Just use the Extract ONE File area
in SFC and it will replace your file.
