It is probably complaining about WinSock2, an update available for Win95(98
has it built in)
It is available from www.wingate.com, Microsoft's site, and probably others
also -- take a
look around there. Wingate uses several features that are available only
from WinSock2. You
may also set applications to use Wingate as a proxy, but that is cumbersome
and nowhere
near as easy as using the client.
