I have been sent a email that contains a link to a video file for educational purposes. If I click there, by default it plays using windows media player. The problem is two fold - 1) I need to run it many times as and when necessary and 2) my connection is too slow and expensive. I have got to capture/record this file. I need a shareware/freeware that can capture it for me with audio. I tried with Easy Video Capture, it was recording the video but audio was not. The FAQ page suggested to reduce hardware acceleration but in case I (can) do that, I am not confident how I should be able to roll back. I need a rather simple procedure to do this.

Any help is highly appreciated.
