Is it possible to re-install Windows 95 without losing all the
programs I have presently installed on my computer? I have heard
that this could be done and it would fix anything that had gotten
buggy in my Windows registry but the person couldn't remember the
exact procedure. I know if I reload one of my third party programs
I can write directly over the presently installed one. Can this be
done with Windows, an operating system?

Sincerely,
Richard P. Evans
