There is an unofficial Netscape FAQ site http://www.ufaq.org that
can provide you with a lot of answers to many questions that you may
have. There is also a moderated news server (secnews.netscape.com) that
has several groups under it. Sign up for netscape.communicator and/or
netscape.navigator and/or netscape.general and you can ask questions
about your Netscape 4.77 programming. For Netscape 7 problems, sign up
for netscape.navigator7.windows. There are Netscape Champions there to
help us through the hard spots.
