Not sure if this is software or hardware, but he it goes. A friend just
purchased a PII 300 VivaPro computer from me. He is running Win98. Hooked to
it is a HP 420 inkjet printer. Have loaded the floppy that came with the
printer. When ever he boots his pc, the printer shows a cartridge error.
When he turns the power off to the printer and then back on, the error
disappears. And the printer works fine.
