Hi, I am having problems uninstalling two software programs i downloaded off the internet. Both were demos. One was Registry Medic and the other Incredimail. I clicked on Control Panel then on Add/Remove and then delete on each of the programs. They go through the motions of being uninstalled but don't. I then clicked on search and tried to delete them that way but couldn't. I got access denied. I emailed Incredimail support site but haven't gotten an answer. The Incredimail icon shows still in my ststem tray but the software itself doesn't work and it and the Registry Medic both are still showing under Add/Remove as still being on my computer. I have Windows XP on a Dell Dimension 4600 and what I know about computers you can write on your thumbnail. Can anyone help me?
