Hi Jim,
    Yes you can put it on a floppy.  The is a program with
two parts, CMOSGET and CMOSPUT, for that very purpose.  You
should be able to find it on the Web either on Shareware.Com
or Search by file name.  I seem to have misplaced my copy.
