I have a few comments...
PowerZip does not appear to be freeware. The free version of Powerdesk
http://www.ontrack.com/powerdesk/ includes a zip program and is a great file
manager too.
InnoculateIT is no longer offered free, however does have a trial version
available. Still free (as far as I know) AVG is a good AV program
http://www.grisoft.com, as is AntiVirŪ Personal Edition
http://www.free-av.com/
I do not see an office suite or word processing program on your list. If
this is a requirement I would suggest star office;
http://www.sun.com/staroffice/ Fro the wesite: "Function: Users are not
required to pay licensing fees to use the StarOffice suite. It can be
downloaded at affordable, low cost via the Internet".
