LVIEW Pro is a graphics processing program.  It is rather powerful
considering how it is rather small in size, compared to programs
like Adobe Photoshop v5.   You can view the complete summary
of the features available at:

The program comes as a 21day demo/shareware package.  After
that you will need to register it.  The file is approximately 1.5mg.
