Hi all;

System: P4, 256Mb RAM, 15Gb free disk space, windows xp pro (ntfs)

Problem:
 Netscape 4.7 a few days after installation has lost all its user
profile information. Clicking on the browser was only bringing "create new
profile" wizard which never completed.
 We uninstalled Netscape and re-started the machine but now we cannot
re-install netscape. The installation wizard starts and comes up with the
following error:
 "Setup initialization error. Setup has detected that unInstallShield is
in use. Please close unInstallShield and restart setup. Error 432."

Question:
 How can we close unInstallShield in win xp pro ?
