My OS is Win2Kpro. I've seen my problem on PCsoft, AND printed it, but I can't find it!!

Suddenly, my taskbar went to the top of the picture. I can drag it to the left OR right and it will 

be narrow or fill half the screen, BUT I can not drag it to the bottom!! I'll try any suggestion,
