makes it pretty clear that an additional install (They call it a license)
will cost $84.00, if you qualify.

The answer is YES, you can use the same upgrade on both. Microsoft said
that they would allow you to use the activation on one laptop and one
desktop. You will have to call for the activation on the second system, not
able to activate over the internet.
