Can anyone help me?   So far Dell is completely stumped.
This happens every so often, then clears up after about a week.  Seemingly,
each time, I have done nothing to cause the problem or to fix it.
The problem is that I cannot dial out through DUN.  I get a dial tone for a
second, and it stops.  It's not a modem hardware problem, because I can dial
out through AOL just fine.
I have uninstalled/reinstalled DUN to no avail.   Any thoughts would be
welcome.
