Hi,
    I was helping a guy trouble shoot a problem once with Linksys PCI
cards.  He finally called their tech support and they said that the Windows
95 driver is not 100% Windows 98 compatible.  This might be causing your
problem.  Check their web site for an update.  If you don't have web access
email me privately and I will send it to you.
